Commercial & Research Use: Unlike standard consumer goods, you represent and warrant that your purchases are for professional, research, academic, or commercial use, and not for unauthorized resale. Export Control: You acknowledge that the products may be subject to export control laws. You warrant that you will not export, re-export, or transfer the products to any prohibited country, entity, or person subject to international sanctions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges (Duties). SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Customs: The customer is responsible for all customs fees, tariffs, and taxes incurred at the destination country.

No Reverse Engineering: You expressly agree NOT to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or hardware schematics of any product purchased from leggedrobotics, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our material without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - ROBOTICS SAFETY & HIGH-RISK DISCLAIMER Acknowledgement of Risk: You acknowledge that legged robots involve moving parts, high-torque motors, and kinetic energy that can cause physical injury or property damage if operated incorrectly. Limitation of Liability for Operation: leggedrobotics is NOT liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by: (a) User-generated code, algorithms, or control policies running on the robot; (b) Operation of the robot in unsafe environments or near humans without safety barriers; (c) Modification of the robot’s hardware, firmware, or safety limits; (d) Improper battery handling. Not for Life Support: The products are NOT designed for use in life-support systems, medical applications, or as weapons.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY leggedrobotics is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with leggedrobotics. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with leggedrobotics.
