Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Return Policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Digital Products & Intellectual Property (NO REFUNDS) All digital products, including but not limited to Source Code, SDKs, Technical Documentation, CAD files, and Software Licenses, are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Once the digital content has been delivered (via email, download link, or physical storage media included with the hardware), it cannot be returned. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund for the digital portion of your order.
Hardware Eligibility To be eligible for a hardware return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, and manuals included.
- If the hardware has been powered on, programmed, or modified, it is considered "used" and is not eligible for return unless defective.
Restocking Fee Returns for non-defective hardware (e.g., change of mind) are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging costs.

- Defective Items: We provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Software & Data: Downloadable software, API keys, and technical data.
- Custom Orders: Robots with custom modifications or specific sensor integrations.
- Batteries: Batteries that have been cycled or show signs of misuse.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital content (software, code) once the download/delivery has started.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus restocking fees).
