Shipping policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note: As our products are precision hardware, we perform a final quality assurance (QA) and calibration check before dispatching to ensure your robot arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package. We primarily use premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure the safety of high-value equipment.
International Shipping & Import Duties (Crucial) We ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): leggedrobotics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.
- If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs and a restocking fee from your refund.
Shipping Restrictions
- No PO Boxes: Due to the size and value of the shipment, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
- Signature Required: For security reasons, all robot deliveries require a direct signature upon receipt.
Batteries Shipping Our robots contain high-capacity Lithium-ion batteries. They are shipped in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (UN3480/UN3481). This may result in slightly longer transit times compared to standard goods due to carrier safety checks.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages & Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Take photos of the damaged box BEFORE opening it.
- Take photos of the damaged contents.
- Contact us immediately at contact@leggedrobotics.ai with your order number and photos.
